At MG EAR PIERCING, we want you to love your jewelry pieces. If you have any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within the first 7 days after you receive your order, but only if:

• The item arrived damage
• You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• Free of damage, modifications, or signs of wear
  

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

Earrings
Personalized jewelry
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original method of payment
It may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment platform
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with the claim.
